Success By 6 Leadership Council
Forty community leaders charged with providing overall guidance to the initiative.  The Leadership Council is co-chaired by Bob Severson (UPS Indiana) and Alonzo Weems (Eli Lilly and Company).

Executive Committee (EC)
Leadership Council subcommittee charged with steering the initiative and bringing together the programs and policies of Success By 6.  The EC is co-chaired by Bob Severson and Alonzo Weems.

Early Learning Committee (ELC)
Leadership Council subcommittee charged with implementing a comprehensive, community-wide pre-literacy program.  The ELC is chaired by Carlyn Johnson (IUPUI retired).

Public Awareness Committee (PAC)
Leadership Council subcommittee charged with conducting a public education campaign about the importance of early childhood development.  The PAC is chaired by Cheryl Parker (WXIN Fox 59).

Data Development Committee (DDC)
Leadership Council subcommittee charged with researching and gathering information related to indicators of school readiness to inform the initiative.  The DDC is chaired by Tiffany Sharpley (Ice Miller).
